Overview

Community Enterprise Solutions currently manages operations in Guatemala, Ecuador and Nicaragua. Since 2004, CE Solutions-trained entrepreneurs have executed approximately 2,000 village access creation campaigns. In addition, as a selected member of the new Ashoka Globalizer initiative, CE Solutions, with the support of its sister organization Social Entrepreneur Corps, is replicating its MicroConsignment Model in developing countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia. We are presently launching a MicroConsignment Model  pilot with ETV in Argentina.

We either create or work with local social enterprises/organizations as the strategic partners for our innovative models. CE Solutions use a hub and spoke system with a central office that serves as a main training, support and distribution point complemented by “hub” regional offices in large towns that serves the rural village “spokes.” These spokes reach out from the hub to multiple departments/states within a defined region.
